Appointment
Please arrive 30 minutes to an hour prior to your appointment to prepare for your Elaia experience.  In order to confirm your appointment, we require a valid credit card at time of booking.


Cancellation
Should you need to cancel an appointment please contact us 8 hours in advance.  Any cancellations with less than 8 hours notice, will result in a full charge of the scheduled service.  Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment or a fee to reschedule. 


Amenities
Spa guests will enjoy the complimentary use of our men’s and women’s locker area, including sauna and relaxation lounges.  Lap pool, Jacuzzi and Hyatt Stay Fit gym are available with any spa service.  Swimsuits are required.


Attire
Elaia will provide you with a robe and sandals for your comfort.  A secured locker will be available for your personal belongings.  Elaia is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.


Environment
At Elaia, we strive to provide you the most relaxing experience as possible. Your cooperation in providing a quiet environment is greatly appreciated; please refrain from using your cell phone while in the spa.  We ask that you shower prior to using the lap pool or Jacuzzi. Elaia is an adult facility and available to both men and women age 18 and older.


Gratuities
In an effort to make your spa experience as seamless as possible, an 18% gratuity will be added to all spa services including packages.


Valet Parking
Valet parking is available to Elaia guests at Hyatt at Olive 8.
